About the role
You’ll be the backbone of Guardiun’s post-sale execution. From client onboarding to technical rollouts and after-sales coordination, you’ll make sure everything works - every time.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading project implementation and rollout in schools
Managing client relationships during the onboarding phase
Ensuring smooth pre-sales to post-sales transitions
Running after-sales processes, including helpdesk flows, issue tracking, and client feedback
Maintaining documentation, FAQs, and test protocols
Supporting internal coordination across tech, sales, and support

You’re likely a fit if you
Have 2-5 years of experience in ops, client delivery, or consulting
Hold a Master’s or MBA (preferred), ideally with experience in structured organizations
Are technically literate - you’re comfortable with tools like Jira, Notion, AI platforms, and mobile apps
Have exceptional organizational skills, document everything, and love checklists
Can remain calm and professional under pressure with clients and partners
Are assertive yet diplomatic - you chase things down and speak up when needed
Speak fluent English; Portuguese and/or Spanish are strong assets
